Abstract

Pipeline diplomacy is reshaping the Eastern Mediterranean region following the competing projects of Natural Gas, both from the region and from projects passing through the region to the markets. By the end of 2019, US Congress approved “The Eastern Mediterranean Security and Energy Partnership Act of 2019” which has major implications on the region. This paper analyses the impact of 2019 Act on empowering the partners of East-Med Europe Pipeline Vs. Turkey.
