Abstract
Stakeholders are to engage employees into their systems more efficiently by allowing them to share ideas within the decision-making processes. Management tools including, brainstorming, Delphi technique may be used to ensure effective involvement of employees. Despite the explored Human Resources challenges, Egypt is said to be on the right track on facing and overcoming these challenge-es. My Research emphasizes risk management process in construction projects in Egypt. The Human resources challenges acts as one of the major risks currently which has a very high impact on project success. The research adds value to risk project management area of study. The research improves risk management practice within contractor’s or-generations in Egypt in order to deliver housing pro-jects on time, estimated budget, and required con-striction quality. The research will also benefit the Egyptian Government itself by which housing pro-jects will be delivered to end users on time creating stable political environment, strengthening the Egyptian economy as well as building trust among investors and construction stakeholders.
